Hoping someone here on the asterisk board could possibly help me....
i have installed the latest version of astercc and am trying to use it as a predictive dialer. I have gotten everything to work no problem at all except for the "Join Announcement" to the queue. Right now when i start the dialer it will dial the numbers but it just starts playing hold music and rings the extenstions, no message. In FreePbx i have the "Join Announcment" set to a message i want the callers to hear but it doesnt play when the dialer dials out and is answered. If i set my inbound route to the queue created and call directly into the pbx the "Join Announcement" is heard but it is not heard when the dialer connects the call.
Can anyone help me with this?
