Hi all, could somebody explain what is AST for?? I mean we use AST while setting up Call Center. What they do in call center environment?

Thank pal, while quoting a call center having 30 agents with 3rd part CTI/IVR integration how many AST should be select??

1 per phone you want connected to 3rd party. Up to 2 keys can be acquired by 3rd party, for recording if acd on key 0 & personel DN on key 4
