We record all agent calls using Etalk logger (ver 4.1) with station side line taps. (61C & SCCS 5.0)If I change or add a new set it does not acquire correctly. The problem resolves if I reboot the Symposium server. Here is what I was told by a Nortel vendor:
"The acquiring happens when the e-talk server sends a request through the Symposium Link service portion of Symposium to the Opt 61 requesting the acquiring of the AST portion of the phoneset."
I'm looking for a solution or at least a workaround that does not require a reboot of the Symposium server.
