Associating application with workstation not whowing up in naldesk

Hello everyone
If I associate an application with a user and log in to a computer and then start naldesk.exe from the server, the application is there and I can run it.
But if I associate the same application with a workstation and log in to that computer and start naldesk.exe from the server it won´t show up.
Does anyone know why this happens, or am I doing something wrong ?

What version of the naldesk are you running?

Make certain taht the workstation is authenticated, from the nal window, Help - about, Press the F2 key and click the more button. In the upper right hand corner of the advanced application launcher configuration screen it will show whether or not the workstation manager is connected.
