Hi,
I am new to MS CRM so apologies upfront if this is a dumb question.
In our existing CRM we are able to 'tag' a user so as to associate them to a service case.
Where this is usefull is if userA initiates a service request on behalf of userB It allows you, in the future to look at UserB's history and see that they were associated with a particular Case (even though they did not request the Case or were communicated with during the Case).
Is there such a way to do this in MS CRM? I am using v4.0?
