Does anyone have any idea why I wouldn’t be getting Ring back on an Assisted Transfer?? The transfer goes through fine, but the user who makes the call hears dead air. The extension is on the same IP office and the IP office is @ version 3.2(57) and VPro is 3.2 (33)

Thanks,

Thats what an assited transfer is.
It will either play MOH or in the case of 4 onwards a beep beep tone.

what do you mean by 4 onwards?

You can record a ringback tone, put that as holdmusic.wav in the ipo. But i think you have ticked "Use External Music on Hold" thats why you don't hear the beepbeep.

There will be nothing with his 3.2 release just some hard core Dead Air.....

Plug something into the Audio port on the back on the system or get a .awv file onto your TFTP server.

As mentioned above, you basically don't have and music on hold.
