Is there a way to setup a assistant where the bosses phone is forwarded to the assistant and her voicemail will pick up if not answered or on the phone? When I have used forward it will pull the call back to the originating mailbox not the assistant. I have a work around but it takes two buttons. I have the users turn off vm and put on dnd then the call goes to the assistant listed in the icr fallback extension. This requires two buttons to be pushed. Is there an easier was to get this work?
