Assistance with Postfix

Hello,

I have a Windows domain (2003) which all my users log in to. I want to configure a Postfix server to store and send e-mail for my Windows users as well as configure a web-based client to access e-mail over the internet.

I'm not sure where to start as I have read many How-To's and am confused over which ports to add.

I assume I need the following to get started:

Postfix
OpenLDAP
Cyrus SASL
Cyrus IMAP

If anyone has configured a Postfix server to incorporate with AD, or if you can provide assistance with which direction to go I would greatly appreciate it.
