Hi,
I updated the firmware of openstage 15 HFA from V2 to V3. after the update and even factory reset, the phone is connecting and displaying the correct extension number and the correct time but the phone is neither receiving nor making calls and i can only dial only 2 digit although the extensions are 3 digits.

would really appreciate some assistance in order to resolve this issue.

Update: while receiving a call through Group number It was displayed on the monitor and when I tried to pick it up I got HV2 error.

I would check all the settings and parameters on the phone to make sure nothing changed during the upgrade. If you have a DLS server push out the profile again. I have also found that sometimes there will be phones that need an extra reboot after an upgrade to get everything sorted, and we have had phones bricked, but then they won't boot at all.
