Dear Expert's,
I am experiencing an issue with SIP extensions on our Unify Openscape 4000 V8 server. Despite the server and SIP IP extensions being registered correctly, the SIP phones are not functioning properly. The HFA IP phones connected to the same server and STMiX card are working fine, which indicates the problem is isolated to the SIP extensions.
Details:
- Server: Unify Openscape 4000 V8
- Issue: SIP extensions not working, but HFA IP phones are functioning correctly
- STMiX card: Same card used for both SIP and HFA IP phones
- Status: SIP IP extensions show as registered both on the server and on the phones
Steps Taken So Far:
1. Verified that the SIP extensions are correctly registered on the server.
2. Confirmed that the SIP phones show registration as "OK" on their displays.
3. Checked the STMiX card settings and configurations.
Could you please provide guidance on troubleshooting this issue further? Are there any specific logs or settings I should examine to diagnose why the SIP phones are not working while the HFA phones are?
Thank you for your assistance.
Best regards,
bhavesh
