Assistance require with dreamweaver

Hi, I am currently updating my Free online theatre review website and i need a way to improve, store and show my reviews off, i want to have a drop down menu to select the area then that slects the relvant groups which appear in the next drop down menu, then the relevant shows appear in the next one then the review appears below.

I have tried different options access appears best way but how do i create the above actions and commands,

any help appericiated

Are you pulling the lists from a database? What language are you using?
