I am having an issue with a Cisco VOIP site.
Multiple users at the site get external calls bouncing to VM when not picked up, but internal calls within the site when not picked up get “cisco unity connection messaging system” and asked for extension. Other users do no have this issue.
Wondering if anyone has an idea what would cause this...
