Assigning static ip address

Have a RAS server that assigns ipaddress' but I need one site to have a specific ip address. Our network is not in native mode so don't seem to be able to use dhcp to do this. Can anybody give me some help?

Can you do a DHCP reservation by MAC address? Never tried this with RAS...
