I can't believe I did the original programming on this system, and now can't figure out how I did it. But now I have to change it.

I have 5 trunk lines. Currently one is set to be incoming only. That is to say, I have set it up so that when an outside call is placed with "9" it uses trunks 2-5 leaving our main line open to receive calls (though all 5 can receive calls).

Now I want to get rid of trunk 5, and make only trunks 3 & 4 outgoing. How did I do this?

According to print out, lines 1, 2, & 3 are in group 70. There appears to be no other groups set.

So how did I originally set lines 2-5 as the call out lines?

Print your ARS and you will see which pools are used, and in what order. Then you can move trunks out of and into the proper groups, and remove pools from routes that are not needed

Well, thank goodness, it was my console going crazy, not me. Closer look showed print out showing lines 3, 4, & 5 in pool 70. But console showed 1, 2, and 3. Now I remember that I had to key in the trunks, not trust the console. So I keyed them in again and ignored the red lights.

Always ignore the lights, press Entry Mode, and Inspect to see for real what is assigned to the pool. Then back up and you can dial line numbers and Enter to assign or Delete to remove.

You gotta remember with the lights, that line 801 starts in the lower left hand corner, but the label on the phone probably says SA, and the phone says line 1 is 3 buttons up!!
