Assigning % of bandwidth

Hi

I am quite new to HP switches, but I have worked with Cisco in the past. I just wondered if it is possible to setup a Qos/CoS policy to garantee a % of bandwidth for certain applications using HP switches.

We have a scenario where a customer has a point-to-point 100 Mbps link between two offices and they want to do data replication across this link. I want to supply HP switches and configure them so the data replication uses no more than 75% of the link. Is this possible? What is the recommended HP switches for this?
