Having a slight problem. My normal range of DiD's are 8200-8599. I'm in need of additional DID's and of course I couldn't get the same range. I was able to get 2200-2219. So I changed the dialplan analysis so that 2 was now identified by ext (instead of fac, etc.). I also added 2200 in the uniform dialplan. I then created extensions 2217-2219 and when I tried using TTI to assign the extension to the phone, I get the turkey tone. I'm at a loss. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

try removing 2200 from the uniform dialplan. If you have local extensions and UDP extensions on the same range, then you won't be able to use TTI.
