Assigning IP to MGC/MGX

Is there any way to assign the TLAN IP address to the daughterboard through CLI?
Normally this is done through UCM/Element Manager but I cannot access (long story).
Running 7.5 and looking to assign TLAN IP to 2 -NTDW64 DB's on NTDW20-MGX card.

Just a little more info on this. You need to Sync the Node properties after doing this also. Probably the reason for changing it through UCM.
