I am trying to share a printer connected to a user machine running WinME. I have setup the Queue (Q1) and printer(P1) and connected them to a print server by using the 'Print Services Quick Setup' in NetWare Administrator. Now, I need to assign the printer object to the actual printer. I have read through Web support and the support on these pages and the closest solution I can find is by using the NPRINTER manager. This method didn't work for me. I got the messge: 'Printer already in use.' I am brand new to NetWare, and would appreciate any assistance in sharing this user printer. Thanks in advance.

The printer is connected to the other pc correct? Then on that pc, set the proporties of that printer to shared. Then on the other PC, Install a new printer and choose "Network Printer" Then look for the Printer name that you just set to shared. Then it should work. The only draw back it that the PC with the printer connected will have to be running in order for the shared printer to work. To use a Queue and such you would need print server like a HPJetDirect. But this way should work. If not let me know...
