Hi All,

Apologies if this is a dumb question but.....

Just started work with a shoretel system and need to work out how to attach/de attached a schedule from a user.

I can see the schedule but when I try to delete it I get the message saying that user blah is using it. When I go to the user I can't see anything that indicates it's being used.

Any clues?

no worries - found it.

Still can't work out something thou...

User want his phone to automatically go elsewhere after hours and at weekends. is there a way for achieving this? or do I need to turn his number into a workgroup or hunt etc?

It's not getting any smarter out there. You have to come to terms with stupidity, and make it work for you.

Look in Communicator (PCM) >> Call Handling Mode >> under Standard, In Meeting, Out of Office, Extended Absence, Custom, you have a field for "Scheduled Mode Change". We are a Groupwise shop, but if you are Outlook, I think you can schedule with your calendar too.

Cheers,

So that will then follow the forwarding destination? or some other forwarding point?

Sorry if this is a dumb question - training course already booked for later this week..
