Assign Supervisor position

All,

When I assign a supervisor position to an extension in EMG i see that kscac is executed. But for some unknown reason it doesn't keep it and each time i have to assign again. Any ideas, suggestions? I have BC12SP9 and Extension Manager version 12.2 DNA52_SP4

How about changing SERV directly in the MD using telnet?
