Assign report image control picture at run-time

I'm trying to specify a picture at run-time for a report image control. The following is the piece of code I'm using but it may not be the right function to be using for what I'm trying to acheive.

rptDTour.Sections(2).Controls.Item(3).Picture = LoadPicture(App.Path & "\Angus Logo.bmp")
