I am attempting to create a command button and assign a macro to it in Excel 2003. I thought it was simply a matter of right clicking on the button and clicking Assign Macro from the pop up menu. However, this option is not included on the pop-up.

What is the best way to do this?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Have you tried with a button created with the other toolbar ?

Hope This Helps, PH.

I'm sorry. Not sure what you mean by "other toolbar"

Could you please clarify? Right now, I'm creating a command button from the control toolbox.

You have ActiveX controls (one toolbar) and UserForm controls (another toolbar).

Hope This Helps, PH.
