Assign Line to button on Extension

Hello

I am not a phone system programmer or installer - we have a Merlin Magix system in Key Mode, On 1 extenstion i need to add access to line 810, our installer didn't leave the software program for the PC and was wondering if this is a simple task and how it can be done. The button on the phone does have lights and is currently blank, the physical dialtone is active on 810, just not at this extenstion.

Any help would be appreciated.

If another extension is set up the way you want this one, from the console programming phone, Menu, Sys Program, Exit, Extensions, Line Copy, dial the extension number that is already set up, Enter, dial the extension number you want to set up, Enter.

Or, after Extensions, press Lines and Trunks, dial the extension number you want to set up, Enter, Direct Entry, dial 810, Enter.
