assign label text of a graph, from a different field value

My table have this field:

[supplier_sname1], [suppliers_name2],[suppliers_value1x],[sulliers_value2x],[suppliers_value1y],[sulliers_value2y],

With the suppliers_value:
"...1x" , "...2x", "...1y" , "...2y"
i make a graph.

I need help to put in a legend of the graph, the suppliers name write into the field [suppliers_name#]
