assign default printer for each win2k/xp pro user

I installed win2k/xp pro as the OS of client PC and network printer has been used for this client PC.

When a new user logon this PC, he has to install the printer, because there is no printer installed. However another user logon this PC too, he has to install again.

How can I install printers that can be used for all logon users. I don't know whether I can use roaming profile to realize this function, or I add the mapped network printer in the users' logon scripts.
