Assign an MM mailbox to new user.

I have a mailbox currently assigned to user YY
He moved to another office at another location and his ACTIVE DIRECTORY account was migrated to another domain

The MM account was not disabled before he migrated, and I need to dis-associate the extension/mailbox from YY and assign to a new user XX. Each time I try to enable the new user for Modular Messaging, I'm informed its being used by YY.

I have carried out a FEDB rebuild, which hasn't worked. Was tempted to try RemUmProps, but not sure this works on MM 2.0 (with Exchange backend)

Any ideas?

Can you try migrating the user back temporarily, just to dis-associate the MM Mbx?
Maybe using a 'new' PBX ext and MM mbx for user XX? (But that would eat up a license in the MM if left unattended.)
