I need to identify a way of assessing ICT skills. Does anybody know of any packages in the marketplace for assessing and/or training Microsoft skills? I'd be grateful for advice. Thanks

Microsoft provide certifications in Development (MCSD) and operations (MSCE). Look under Microsoft.com/training.
