Good afternoon,

We've run into a hurdle. Today, we installed the Crystal Enterprise 10 .net SDK and the Crystal Enterprise Sharepoint Portal Integration SDK to our sharepoint portal server. Everything appeared to install cleanly, however, we're now getting the following error when attempting to access our portal:

"The located assembly's manifest definition with name 'DisplayRpts1' does not match the assembly reference"

Btw, I am posting this on behalf of another. I am not overly familiar with Sharepoint. Following are the troubleshooting steps my counterpart has performed:

I stopped and restarted IIS
No change

I stopped and restarted the server
No change

I removed the crystal web part thru remove programs
No change

I reinstalled the webpart specifying the default Microsoft AD authentication
No change

I removed the crystal web part thru remove programs
No change

I tried to Repair Sharepoint server, it said No virtual servers are available or the selected virtual server is already extended.
But I can see the databases .

I stopped and restarted SQL Svr.
No change

Any ideas? This is an extremely critical issue for us:(

FYI - found the issue. There were multiple versions of the DisplayRpts1.dll found. Once we deleted the incorrect version, everything started working.
