ASRUNJOB ERROR

I have a problem of this kind.
When a job of backup departs (also of a single directory), after few minutes the window of the dr watson appears with the ASRUNJOB.EXE error and my job stays and goes in crash.
Do I be using ASO 6.61SP1 on NT 4.0 sp6a. have an idea to give me?
