aspire put line on hold answer 2nd line 1

I'm primaily a Norstar tech. Customer has NEC aspire .
When we put line 1 on hold, answer line 2 and hang up line 2 , line 1 and 2 go solid red.
When we try to access lines display says line Camp.
Any help would be great

Are you pressing hold and immediately pressing another line key? Try releasing (depress switch hook ) before pressing the next line key. I believe there is a way to change the hold key function, I will dig through my UX5000 docs. BTW do you know where I might get the newest release of NEC PC Pro for Aspire systems? My access to NEC NTAC doesn't allow access.
