Aspect Unified IP issues for year 2016 Director Alerts 1

Issue being experienced:
When we open Director Alerts there are no alerts this is because 2016 is not available from the drop down box.
This also effects anything date related like, Schedules (Holidays), Dataviews and filtering recordings in Director.

Has anyone else experienced this issue and is there a workaround you have applied ?

This is a known (to Aspect) issue with no solution or workaround as of yet.

This only happens with 6.X versions, there is a known hotfix that should be installed via Server configurator, after the installation Catalina should be deleted.

That is correct. We were able to patch two different UIP 6.62 (code mod 2 and code mod 8) systems with the hotfix. I suggest opening a ticket with ASPECT support.
