Aspect Time Problem

Hi All,

I am fairly new to aspect so I am sorry if any of this is worded incorrectly.

Basically, the problem is that our aspect is not keeping time correctly.

For example:

If I schedule a line to open at 9:00AM it actually opens at about 9:08.
The difference in the time is getting slightly larger each day.

Does anyone know how to go about resetting the time and keeping it in sync?

Hi Chris,
we had similar issues with differences in time between multiple networked ACDs.
Make Aspect implement a time-server client (NTP). Then you can use a PC with reliable clock as server. Perhaps this can sync its clock in a secure way with another official time server.
