I have prepared a AE composition 640:480 for a cdrom.
now I also want to make a DVD version of it and was told to render it at 720:576 which is differnet ratio.
should I stretch the movie in the rendering or I have to recompose everything ?

please help

thanks

It's a pixel thing - DV uses oblong pixels, so there are fewer of them horizontally. Go back to the Comp that rendered your final output, and change the preset to the D1/DV pixel 720x576 preset. The comp will automatically "squash" everything horizontally. It'll get resized back to it's proper size when it plays from the DVD.
