Aspect Contact Server/Multimedia

Does anyone out there, other than me, use the Aspect Contact Server with the multimedia option? If so, please introduce yourself, so we can share some knowledge.

I don't but i'm looking to replace my current setup (apropos and avaya definity) with a new system... how does aspect hold up?

I really like their ACD product. It is very reliable and easy to work with.

I would recommend sending someone through the Aspect Technician courses so that you can add/move your own hardware.

Regarding Multimedia: Their Web Interaction version 3 is not the most reliable, but I am about to test version 4 which is supposed to be much better.
