Aspect Contact Server API 1

What does Aspect call the API programmers can use to CTI enable applications via the Contact Server?

Does such an API/SDK/Toolkit exist? And does anyone have an idea what it costs / where to get it?

And does this API/SDK/Toolkit allow 3rd party call control (to set call variables and initiate a call transfer)?

Yes the API exsist. They have an ActiveX control call Abcon and an API called... API
If you have Contact Server then the cost of the API depends on what kind of licensing you have on the Contact Server. If you already pay seat licensing then you are probably good to go. Its on the Contact Server install CD so install and have a blast.
Yes the API allows 3rd party control. It is very powerful.
