I'm trying to understand some of the concepts used with CMI and CTI.

CondingStandard
CauseValue
CRV

Can anyone provide me with definitions for these and what they mean?

If you are talking about the Aspect Contact Server technology the server sits on the network and connects to ACD via a Data Interlink (setup in ASMS). Using the various activeX or dll controls you can setup CTI applications and/or call eFlows from CCT's to do data dips, etc. abcon32.ocx you can use for screen-pop applications, dhub32 can be used for realtime stats. The newer contact server versions have .net dll's that you can use. I have used Visual Studio .net winforms for these applications with no issues. You can control telesets, sign-on/off, etc. As far as standards they put examples in VB.
