Aspect Contact server 6.2 cannot install

Hello Sirs,

i need your urgent help sir, im trying to install Aspect Contact Server on a Windows 2003 Server, and i always recieve an error that the .NET update KB908787 is not installed, and Installation cannot continue, even though the said Software is installed on the system.

Do you have any hint or tip for me on this?

We are trying to upgrade our Aspect Contact Server to the 6.2 Version.

Yes. Even though it is encompassed in a service pack you have to contact Microsoft for the patch because when you install it from the patch it creates some files where the install program references.
