Aspect Call Centre ACD - Bridge Services

Hello,

In light of the fact that Aspect has discontinued it's support for all Bridge services (Application, Event and Real-time), it not the ideal time to undertake a project where we have to integrate our application for call control with a client's call centre who has Aspect Call Centre ACD with Application Bridge Service.

At this point in time, we do not know the version of Aspect Call Centre software deployed at client side. Any help which can guide to a solution (documentation, SDK, API, code snippets etc..) will be highly appreciated.

If they have Contact Server use the abcon32.ocx control and the dhub. Depends what version of call center they have and also if they have Contact Server.
 
Thanks for you reply. They do not have Contact Server (Standard or Enterprise) - and as far as the Call Centre version is concerned, I'm not sure but it sounds like it's pre 9.0 (8.x).
