Aspect AQM 18.x Integration with other ACDs

Hello Everyone,

does anyone have experience with integrating AQM with any 3rd party Phone System/ACDS? if so, was the process easy?

We are looking to see which ACDs work best with the AQM integration and if the Phone System/ACD contains an API for AQM to connect.
