I am new with the Aspect system and I'd like to know if someone can just point me out where I can get Aspect Database Tables and Fields Reference Guide to understand the meaning of of the fields in Aspect tables...PLEEAAAAAAAAAASE. I am in a real dire straits

Hi,
someone at your site should have the CD with the aspect software/documentation.
If not, use eServices on the aspect website, there you can download DB reference guides for your system: Rel6,7,8,9, Contact Server, Uniphy ...
To get to know what has happened to a call, you'll have to consider different values of multiple fields in the records. Sometimes multiple records for a single call. And the interpretation of the data depends on your routing rules...
