I am trying to customize the default.htm page with a little ASP code. But right when I add <%response.write "test"%> in the code, I get an error message from team services. Yea, I did rename the file default.asp. Is there something up with the Team Services components conflicting with ASP or something??? Thanks.

Hello Techies,

I have a hard time using Sharepoint. First place it doesnt have a integrated development environment, its slow. The most important problem I am struggling with is this.

1. We have a requirement to create three webparts, whenever a anchor link is clicked in the master webpart, it has to display a graph in one webpart and a detail in another webpart. We tried our best, it doesnt work anymore. Using the SQL it can display information independently, but when we use the callback functioni provided by the sharepoint, it doesnt work.

2. It is highly frustrating that we cant use the script portion for accessing the database adn the funtion within together, it gives Executing Error : syntax error.

Can anyone please give us a sampel code for the above problem please. I really appreciate your solution in advance. Again, the problem is this, one master webpart adn two slave webpart. When a anchor link is clicked in master webpart, it should display the related information fetched from the database in the slave webpart, basically it is webpart communication. I am soo sorry to say that Sharepoint sucks!!!.. Please techies helps us in solvin the problem please.

nambi.
