ASP Web Site On A CD????

I have a client that wishes to put thier ASP web site onto a CD for distribution. The site would need to be fully functional from the CD, i.e. full databse searching facilities, etc.

Can this be done?

If so, does anyone know? What would I need on the CD to get this to work?

Any help would be much appreciated.
