Asp Web Report Server doesn't return data

I installed the asp web report server (cr8.5) in a windows 2000 server, but when I run the report no data is returned.

What could be happening? I followed the instruction from the " Crystal Reports 8.5 - Manual Installation for the ASP Web Report Server".
