depends on how experienced a web programmer you are. if you want something that is pretty simple, you could try front page. if you're more advanced, dreamweaver or visual inter dev.

ASP .NET Web Matrix is as the name implies, for .NET.
From what I've seen of it so far (still got to install it at home), it appears a quite good product - like Interdev but cut down to 1.2Mb!
And, it a FREE M$ product!
However as pointed out above, it's for .NET, which is very different from programming in 'classic' ASP. If you haven't started learning ASP yet, why not learn ASP.NET as well (before your brain starts to reject new methodologies just because they're .. new) codestorm
