ASP Timeout?

I'm running an ASP intensive application. I've set the timeout for the IIS to 2 hours and for ASP scripts to 900 seconds. But occasionally I get a user that says they dropped their session in 5 minutes??? ANY direction would be appreciated!!

check system clock is not dropping time and fine.
just a guess.
