asp pages won't work in Interdev

I am having a problem with Interdev that I have never encountered before. I can run .htm and .html pages just fine in interdev. However, when I try to run an .asp page I get a "page cannot be displayed" error. I have just reinstalled Interdev on this machine, and already had .NET installed. It is a WinXP machine. Any idea what's causing this? Thanks.

I can think of two things to check: Is your project directory set up as a virtual directory in IIS? And is IIS still running? It could be that the reinstall affected your IIS settings.

The directory is set up correctly and IIS is running. HTML pages display just fine. This is really weird.
