ASP pages not displaying in subdirectory

I'm trying to have IIS (6.0) host an asp application. I can browse to pages like

http://mysite.com/default.asp,

but if I try to go to something like

http://mysite.com/Clients/clientview.asp

it says that the page cannot be displayed. I can't figure out why this is happening. Any suggestions?
