Asp Pages and the Mac

HI,
Here are some questions I have regarding the Macintosh and asp/html pages. I have some links that are used to take a user to another webpage, these are not working on the mac/ie5, the same goes for my menu which is created using links. I know that this seems very vague, but I'm not sure as to why it would work on some pages and then not on others when the code does not change.
