asp page is displayed but something is not done

I have a strange thing going on.
I have a frame that has search options. When u type a search and press the button, u get the result of the search in the bottom frame.
Only when u type a search that gets no results, u get, in the bottom frame, a msg saying there r no results, but something is still happening there for a long time, and some operation is not finished. It's not done.
I don't know where is the probelm, and I do not want to stuck thing on server.
How can I know where's the problem?
Btw - in netscape I have no probelms.

Do you have advertisement on you site?
and those ads have image links to other web sites?

does your script check for an empty recordset?

Thanks for the replies.
Well, no advertisements, and I do have a msg
saying nothing is found if nothing is found.
Still, I get this blue thing sometimes, and only in certain pages.
