ASP ORACLE

I am getting ASP Dates through html form, like
02/22/2002, I need to convert this to Oracle format
like, 20020222, and I want to insert this in oracle tables.
any code / function will be helpful. thanks.

U can convert the string of "dd/mm/yyyy" to date in oracle stored proc using to_date() function and then insert. While passing date to the stored proc u pass it as string.
